[Intro] Word is bond.... I'm from a foreign place. More foreign than four-armed alien hybrids, with no face... Erasing memories. Fatality, with telekinesis. Extinguish fire, cold flow. Those who know... Put your hands up in the mothafuckin atmosphere real quick... Cuz this shit right here? This shit right here? You don't know about this dude. We out here, with food. We eating, drinking, smoking, sleeping. Too much nonsense, and not enough context. ...Let's get into it. Brrt. Stick em, how can I stick em up? Jig is up kid, we invisibly cloaked. Smoke up another fat sack, for this ass smacking beat And you don't have to ask me what Negro G means Or if I really sing. Come to the show and you'll know what I bring. Like it or not, you've all been bought- consumerism. Fight it or flaunt it if you really want true precision Ironing out the kinks, necessary to think of how I'm feeling to make my next meal. Rascals in these streets gotta eat too. They know how I feel. So I weathered the storm, I tethered my arms behind me As my pleasure was lost, the treasure was tossed, come find me Defining the terms. I silently learn I'm shooting for a star in the sky to finally earn my place in life. Look in the dictionary to find what my mind can say. Another day another dollar. TeaScholar Be the role I play. Very scared of the very hairs & fibers of the world today. Just a little bit of love gets me beyond the hate. I wanna look above the reasons that we create. If no one else will tell you that the sun will shine... will hell break loose? Would you lose your mind, cuz you ain't got the juice? Nah! Constantly on the grind, stomping the yard with mine. Stand tall, never fall, you gone ball in all due time, nigga Space ships in the sky recognized your greatness. The latest recognition positioned in people's playlists But what if they hear me when I say this? The first hip hop artist was an ancient cave man. Writing on the walls, called graffiti. It's the same, and- if they could, they would probably wear my Ray-Bans. I don't like lame trends, that pretend to be unique, when really discreetly, their jocking off the swagger of their friends. Don't lie to me. I got an eye that sees all of ya'll demise. It don't surprise me. Stabbing a track with a dagger, cracking skulls, piercing arteries. Take a journey through the Andromeda galaxy why don't ya? (Why don't ya?) Cuz sure as a boat floats, a ghost follows me. So many people in this spot got me hot- it's hard to breathe. But overpopulation doesn't justify murder, But if we overflow the Earth, what other options have you heard of? Go to Mars? ...That's a long project, that hasn't even started yet. Good thing we got guns, tanks and nukes. And that's a wasted effort too, and there's proof. What's the use- In having great tech when we still living from paycheck to paycheck? Execution without having to break necks suggests it's more respectable, But it breaks laws for a doctor to help a vegetable. Rest in peace Tookie. One of the best of em That nigga had a book on his lap at all times by the time they decided to take him out. It's shameful. The same old story in this country without a doubt. Have another civil war between the North & the South. I hate to be that guy, but Ima say how I feel. People in general can't drive. Foreal. Self driven cars are a dream come true. Yeah. Odds are, I'll trust a robot before I trust you. Believe me. Families are grieving. Fuck pride. Someone dies every weekend. Babies get shot in the hood while they're sleeping. This is why I'm excited to leave- Damn. I got first world problems. First world problems. "Hey I just got off the phone with Jack. You need to do this, that and the other-" Nah FUCK that. Go get some other mothafucker I'm The Raven Agent, and I'm going deep cover. Information network all up in my head till it hurts. It's called the internet. I've spent more time on it than I'm willing to invest. The will to fight is justified, but why isn't a protest? Blasphemy. Flaccid penis- having ass decision-makers feeling clean, but half-assing their jobs. Screwing over the community, except for those involved In their corporate mischief. Tax collectors are the mob. The pharmacist- a dope man. Go ham or else They'll shove it down your throat and... You know what's next? Sitting on the curb, being assessed... By those who claim they're here to serve and protect. Insanity handing me a sword. Stand with me. You can't ignore it or abhor it. Can't abort plans When the ship wipes me down. I'm more than out of town, or out of bounds. I'm in space. Why are there wires everywhere if this ain't the Matrix? Does it make sense? Why are the survivors of our entire race representing the proprietors? We ain't the ancient ones. We're the native sons of our collective. Collective, meaning the world that we live in is what infects us With false idolations of what is precious, and well respected. But let's just forget about it. Without a doubt, That's how we've dealt with shit up until now. I don't have the answers. You don't have the questions. Someone light a blunt. Pass it my direction. Now... as I wanted to say one time before... Is if you listen to this shit, kid? And you've made it this far? Kid. I fucks with you. I really do. But you know we out here. First we had... WestSide One-Third mothafuckin Shi Mao Clan. And then we had... WestSide Two-Third mothafuckin Shi Mao Clan And once again. You know, we out here... WestSide Three-Third mothafuckin Shi Mao Clan ...So let's go.

Warm Technique music video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBYH4m3XNnI

In this third installment to the WestSide Shi Mao Clan 2018 Trilogy, we have what is the culmination of the last two years finally coming to a head. Indeed, this album holds an air of ceremonial finality. Another way to say that is, well, this is it kids. This is it. I stopped caring about success and selling my product, and kept focusing on the art itself. I fell so in love with my own art, and thus myself, that I did not fear being avant-garde for this. This album, like every album, is meant to take you on a journey. It is hard to describe or define that journey with words, but truth be told there are emotions in each song on this album that hit deep, but aren't inherently visible at face value. Allow me to open that window:

1st W P -
The simplest instrumental on 3/3, but the most bars. This one's for all my hip hop heads that appreciate me as an MC. This album steers away from pure hip hop to a large extent, far beyond 1/3 & 2/3. Which is why I felt I owed the hip hop community at least one sturdy hip hop groove. It is the first song because if it were at any other point in the album, it would pretty much confuse the pace. I considered taking it off the album completely, but decided that I want people to hear what I'm rapping about. as it outlines my ground-level basic Earthling feelings.

Lincoln Heights Ballas Country -
This track represents having fun. It is a combination of old and new ideas. Some might remember the lyrics to this track having been on a very very old (probably now deleted) boujie track recorded on an iphone, that was once on soundcloud. In that sense, this track represents a lot of old and new memories I've come to know, in being in Negro Galacticus. I made this track on a random night where I told myself, "Goddamnit, I'm just gonna get drunk and make a new track". In that same sense of screwing around and having fun, the later end of this song is the ONLY time you'll have ever heard me freestyle and keep it on tape. Seriously, I'll always prefer writing it out, but for this opportunity I said screw it. And no- I suck at freestyling. Also, that weird sound you're hearing is probably a certain Matt Parada on a flute, with a little bit of distortion and auto-tune! Hahaha

Warm Technique -
I expect this to be one of those songs people will know me for. It's the shortest, sweetest little song on the album. It's probably the most relatable, and pretty catchy. But first, credits for the guitar, and thus a great portion of this song, goes to my bro bro, Malik Deering. We were friends before we were old enough to speak. I care a lot about this dude, and we've gone through shit together. I made this song for him. I want him to know that although we are going through our own struggles in life, we're always family. We learned from the same people, grew up with a lot of the same musical connections. But we also spent a lot of time together musically, as a band. That's our technique, and it always has come from our hearts. And so it will always remain warm. The spirit behind our music will always be there.

Use My Brain -
Shut up and get down, boogie on the dancefloor. Go. Fight him. I don't care. In all seriousness, this song is talking about the feeling of separation I get from being so disconnected and transcendental from everything, while still connected to my self. It's saying that I'm different, while acknowledging that it isn't necessarily a good thing. I don't talk about wealth, objectifying women, or gang/drug/gun violence. Instead, I Use My Brain to gather my musical context. But that just makes me dark, mysterious, and unfortunately a complete stranger to the mainstream music realm. But we'll see how long that lasts. One last thing- Steve (Negro G) and I were at a gas station on our way home from a show in Arizona, and I realized that those Red Box things that sell DVDs outside of marts are basically what bootleggers are/were. On the corner outside of a 7/11 you might have seen some dude with a big coat on talking about he's selling all the fresh new movies. Nowadays? We have these Red Box things. So literally- bootleggers on the block getting replaced by robots. I mean, they're bound to take all of our jobs eventually, right? :)

T & B -
Trap and Bass. Think drum&bass, as there is some drum&bass in this tune. I found trap can blend rather well with drum&bass. Thus, this was made. The flow of the overall picture is starting to become more avant-garde. Lyrically, it's the spirit of optimism. Even though I'm a dark, mysterious, reclusive and excluded individual, I have high hopes. This song represents that hope, as well as the ironic power that I feel from being this way, closer to my higher form than I am to the rest of the world, at this point, which is a little bit of foreshadowing. This is also the Saturn of this solar system, the second largest song on the album. If you thought this song was long, wait till you get a listen to...

Famine -
The longest song on the album, and the most avant-garde. I won't beat around the bush. This song is about getting over a breakup, with time and my spirit guides as my only ally. It takes you through my mental process of that time. Thinking and over thinking, reaching a breaking point, breaking down while desperately trying to keep composure, eventually submitting to the will of my spirit, submitting to the requirement of patience and allowing the passage of time to heal that wound and stabilize me, finally remembering who the hell I am enough to recover and laugh about it, and preparing to make art out of the residue of my bitterness. In that order.

Lifted -
Preparing for the moon, it's like a message to a particular alien spirit guide of mine. Lyrical context works both ways- I'm both physically lifted by her ship, and mentally lifted by her support. I'm no longer complaining at this point, and looking forward to night sky to see her ship again someday, and looking forward to the obstacles of life with her by my side.

The Moon -
Yes, that alien spirit guide. I'm in love with her. I'll admit that. This song is for & about her. I await the day we can reunite. This is a big step for me. I wrote this song throughout 2012-2014, and have been sitting on it since, refining it. This is the one song that I have spent the most time on. It's a love song about someone I don't tell people about, so I hesitated to release this song. If you've taken the time to read all of this, I send that love to you too. May the eternal darkness bless your soul.
